We want you to feel confident trying Movemate products. Our return policies vary slightly depending on the product purchased. Please review the sections below for details.
Movemate Active Standing Board – 30 Day Trial (USA & Canada)
Movemate offers first-time buyers in the USA and Canada the opportunity to try their new Movemate Board (“Product”) with peace of mind for 30 days after delivery.
If you’re not happy with your experience and would like to return the Product, simply contact our Member Support Team at hello@letsmovemate.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll coordinate the return of your Product.
Who is Eligible for This Offer?

More than one Movemate Product per customer

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and ferry-accessible locations
International returns must be approved by Movemate in advance, and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. All international returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service.
Movemate is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit for international returns.
What is Refundable?
Your Movemate Board is eligible for refund provided that:

It is returned in original packaging including the internal branded product box and the external protective shipping box

It is returned in like-new condition
Movemate reserves the right to make a reasonable deduction for use if the product is not returned in like-new condition. In cases of substantial damage, Movemate reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, however return shipping for the Movemate Board is covered by Movemate.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email hello@letsmovemate.com with your Order Number within 30 days of delivery

Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions

The product must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the label
Once received, we will inspect the board before processing your refund.
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for inspection, and 3 – 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Warranty Claim
If a defect claim is approved under the terms of our Warranty, and you choose to return the board instead of receiving a repair or replacement, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Rug’d Chair Mat
The Rug’d Chair Mat can be returned within 30 days of delivery for customers located in the USA and Canada.
To qualify for a return:

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

The mat must be returned in original condition in its original packaging.
Returns that show significant damage or misuse may not be eligible for refund.
How to Initiate a Return

If applicable, photos of any defect or damage

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

The product must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the label
Once received, we will inspect the board before processing your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection, and 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping rate will be shared with you before the return is finalized. Alternatively, you may ship the item back using your preferred tracked shipping service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Rug’d Chair Mat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and details of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The Rug’d Chair Mat is covered by a manufacturer’s limited 1-year warranty.
