RETURNING YOUR MOVEMATE PRODUCT
We know you'll love your Movemate experience and are excited to try it for yourself. If you then decide it's not for you within 30 days of delivery, no problem.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Member Support Team at hello@letsmovemate.com to start the process and get a pre-paid shipping label to ship your Product back.
- Once we receive the board, we will inspect the board to ensure the product is in "like-new" condition before processing your refund.
- Refunds may take 7-9 business days to appear in your account and are only available for buyers in the USA and Canada.

Returns made outside of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee must be approved and will be charged an additional restocking fee of $50 or more, depending on your location.
If your Movemate Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Movemate reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Movemate's sole discretion.

WARRANTY CLAIM
If a defect claim is successfully approved under the terms of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, and you choose to return the board instead of having it repaired or replaced, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs paid during your initial purchase and shipping costs incurred to return your Movemate Product.
